Running After Pregnancy?
Running after having a baby can come with a variety of challenges for women. Working with a pelvic floor physiotherapist with knowledge and experience helping runners can help you prevent injuries and incontinence and progressively get back to the activity that you love.
Our physiotherapist will meet you where you are at and develop a plan that may involve some treatment, exercise guidance, a referral to Clinical Pilates and/or pessary fitting to help get your running safely.
